台灣近年來學生棒球「投球失憶」時有所聞,數量比起過去增加不少,投球失憶至今在全
世界還找不到答案,台灣中華職棒(CPBL)富邦悍將總教練洪一中17日新莊球場賽前受訪
,他不知道確切原因,他推測可能與重量訓練流行有關係。
悍將球團顧問郭泰源選手活躍時間在1980、90年代,當時被聽聞有投球失憶是92年巴塞隆
納國手鍾宇政,無法打球後成為嘉義大學教授,投球失憶當時幾乎前所未聞。
洪一中認為,有可能是現在部分選手重訓著重在大肌肉,與小肌肉的平衡關係沒有太注意
,所以現在的棒球選手重訓器材,多半從固定式改為活動,但這只是他的推測。
洪一中表示,他與郭泰源打球的年代,學生熱身結束後,傳接球、打toss需要傳球之外,
選手都是互相餵球做自由揮擊,每天都需要餵球,不像現在球員很少餵球。

重訓的增長造成選手原本身體的習慣跟記憶變成是錯的
然後又找不到正確的調整方向 就失憶了 就跟改動作 或
是受傷復健回來肌力不如過往 就不會打球了一樣
